above the platform. Separate point for water purifier.
TOILETS
Anti-skid tiles flooring, Ceramic Tiles Dado up-to door top level. Branded good quality white/ ivory co loured wash basins, European type-WC and CP fittings.
FLOORING
Vitrified tiles flooring in Bedrooms, Drawing/Dining room and balconies. Anti-skid tiles in Kitchen & Toilets.
ELECTRICITY
Superior quality concealed copper wiring with quality switches. AC point in all Bedrooms. Provision for Geyser point in bathroom attached with master bedroom.
FINISHING
Interior walls and ceiling will be done with plaster of Paris providing smooth and even base. Exterior walls will be done with all weather paint of anti fungal-base with decorative finish to provides rich look.
WATER SUPPLY
24 hours water supply from deep tube well. Urban water supply as available. Filtration arrangement for drinking water as per provisions.
SECURITY
CCTV surveillance system for building entrance and surrounding.

Scientifically designed for disposal of rainwater and sewage wastage.
